Bhakti Academe School of Intuitive Massage and Healing hosts or sponsors the following Certification classes and workshops. They are not a part of the Bhakti Academe massage curriculum and do not lead to licensure. Some of the courses offer CEUs and will indicate that within their description.
Bhakti Energy Work® 100 hour Professional Certification Program
Our purpose is consciousness. This program is designed to fulfill our secondary purpose on the planet, assisting others to increase their consciousness. This program is drawn from chapter eight of Bhakti Energy Work® for Enlightenment. This program is offered across the country and is sponsored by Bhakti Academe Inc. located in Safety Harbor, Florida. It does not utilize massage and is not designed to qualify for licensure in any state. Because it is not massage and does not make any claims to healing (it’s sole and soul purpose is consciousness). We are not aware of any state in the country in which it could not be practiced. However because laws are constantly changing and are open to interpretation we offer no guarantee that your state or local government will hold our same view. The certification is offered through Energy Press Inc.- the publishers of Bhakti Energy Work® For Enlightenment .The certification is recognized by the ABMP and individuals certified in this technique qualify for malpractice insurance through that organization. The program is frequently done in intensive residential workshops and requires the participants to participate in a great deal of self-discovery. Introduction to Bhakti Energy Work®
This workshop is about presence and consciousness, which is the basis of the book Bhakti Energy Work® for Enlightenment. The workshop is didactic and gives the attendees an opportunity to be introduced to the concepts of Bhakti Energy Work® and to ask questions to determine if you desire to go deeper into the modality. Individuals may take this class for personal growth or for professional development but those unwilling to learn about themselves should not take this class. This workshop counts towards certifications and is eligible for Fl. CEUs (3) for Massage Therapists as Introduction to Bhakti Bodywork 20-59059.
Bhakti Energy Work® I
This workshop is about presence and consciousness, which is the basis of the book Bhakti Energy Work® for Enlightenment. Individuals may take this class for personal growth or for professional development but those unwilling to learn about themselves should not take this class. This is an amorphous class that adjusts to the participants and may include individual Energy sessions or large group Energy sessions. It may utilize sound mats, be on tables or on the floor. Participants are expected to have read the book Bhakti Energy Work® For Enlightenment. This workshop counts towards certifications and is eligible for Fl. CEUs (6) for Massage therapists as Massage and Healing I Bhakti Method 20-59069.
Bhakti Energy Work® II
This is a continuation of Bhakti Energy Work® I and may be indistinguishable from I in content. It is participant driven. This workshop is about presence and consciousness, which is the basis of the book Bhakti Energy Work® for Enlightenment. Individuals may take this class for personal growth or for professional development but those unwilling to learn about themselves should not take this class. This is an amorphous class that adjusts to the participants and may include individual Energy sessions or large group Energy sessions. It may utilize sound mats, be on tables or on the floor. Participants are expected to have read the book Bhakti Energy Work® For Enlightenment. This workshop counts towards certifications and is eligible for Fl. Bhakti Water Work I
Bhakti Water Work is a baptism in Energy. It is strongly suggested that participants have experience in Energy work prior to this class. While it is a beginning class for water work it is an advanced class for Energy work. It is a joyful playful class and extremely powerful for some people. Individuals may take this class for personal growth or for professional development but those unwilling to learn about themselves should not take this class. Bhakti Water Work II
This class allows more experience with Bhakti Energy Work® in the water. With experience more questions can be asked and paradoxically are unnecessary. It is an advanced class for Energy work. It is a joyful playful class and extremely powerful for some people. Individuals may take this class for personal growth or for professional development but those unwilling to learn about themselves should not take this class. Bhakti Massage™ I
Bhakti Massage™ is one part prayer, one part poetry. This class introduces students to a modality that is perfect for day spa, spa, relaxation massage or anyone looking to include energy work in their practice or who desire to do dual massage. This is an excellent style for the beginner/layperson or professional and can be learned in a weekend workshop. Participants are expected to have read the book Bhakti Energy Work® For Enlightenment. Bhakti Massage™ II
Bhakti Massage™ is one part prayer, one part poetry. This class may allow the student to learn how to incorporate dual massage, two therapists on two people, deep tissue and neuromuscular concepts into this massage. Psychotherapy and Massage
This workshop is about presence and consciousness, which is the basis of the book Bhakti Energy Work® for Enlightenment. The Wounded Healer Archetype

This lecture / discussion style workshop is geared toward people working in the healing arts including massage therapists / body workers, nurses, social workers, etc. The workshop will begin by defining “what is an archetype?” providing examples that are commonly recognized. We will then specifically address the light and shadow aspects of the healer and wounded healer archetypes. Moving deeper into the wounded healer archetype we will look at your own healing journey of recognizing, working with, healing and moving beyond the wound. Topics for discussion will include healing vs. curing; how our wounds affect our work and on-going self-care. This workshop will be limited to 20 people in order to allow everyone to participate in discussion.
